Spencer Holowachuk is a student who competes with the Canadian Under 21 Beach Volleyball National Team. He successfully placed 1st at the Canadian Under 18 Beach National Championships in 2004, as well as placing 9th in the FIVB Under 18 World Beach Volleyball Championships in 2003.
Spencer does strength training 3 times a week, beach volleyball training 5 times a week, and cardio/agility training 2 times a week. He is training in preparation for FIVB Under 21 World Beach Volleyball Championships in Poland this August 2006.
He is aiming to compete on the FIVB World Beach Volleyball Tour, as well as entering graduate school to pursue a career in health promotion and research or Medical School to pursue a career in sports medicine. |
